Ten Years Ago…
CRMI Solutions was officially incorporated in June of 1999. In April of 2000, a corporate staff was established in Florida and the process began to begin hiring management for the Newport center. A site was selected (originally we were looking at going into the building where Vermont Teddy Bear now has a factory), technology and furniture were purchased and a contract was signed with the J.C. Whitney Company in Chicago IL.  CRMI Solutions opened its doors in October 24, 2000 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and began providing call center services shortly thereafter.

Continuing to Grow
Over the years, CRMI Solutions has built its operations to include inbound call management, order-taking services, data entry, market surveys, special promotions and more. CRMI Solutions' clientele continues to include some of the most recognized names in the catalog industry.   We are proud of the partnerships we have established over the years.
  

Recognitions
In 2009, CRMI Solutions was recognized for hiring people with disabilities by Vermont Association of Business, Industry and Rehabilitation (VABIR).   CRMI Solutions was also recognized as one of the Top 100 Employers by Vermont Business Magazine.  

Evolution
In 2010, CRMI offically became CRMI Solutions, Inc.
